Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.

Living in the countryside

The farm is located along the west coast and is located in the middle between Copenhagen and Gothenburg and 15 minutes to the sea. The property has two apartments with extra detached rooms for larger groups (see more specified below). There are larger common areas such as a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for up to 25 guests and a large wooden deck just outside in a very pleasant garden to botanize in. A small cottage that is uniquely located on the beach in Kattvik, sit and enjoy the view of the entire bay, where you have Halmstad on the other side and Båstad nearby. Feel free to visit Kattvik's harbor, which has magical waffles in the summer and see the fishermen come in with their boats. The children can also fish for crabs in the harbor, which is usually much appreciated. Båstad is around the corner for those who want to visit.
