The apartment is located in the middle of the old town in a barely busy alley with separate entrance. The apartment was renovated in 2018 with soundproofing windows, new heating, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, two hotplates, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils.

The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
