Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

If you want to swim, the swimming area is close by and just behind the house is a large playground, perfect for the kids! If you're going to discover the city, it is close to Kalmar and Öland, where there are plenty of restaurants and experiences. Cleaning is not included.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the eastern side of Öland in the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
