There is a cozy sofa and a well-equipped kitchen. Two rooms on the 2nd floor with four beds and space for 2-3 extra beds. The area offers two harbors with art, cafes and shops, tennis, a paddle tennis court, and surfing in Lynæs. Tothaven and Kik Forbi are within walking distance. Pets are not allowed.

The house contains four bedrooms and two large bathrooms - one with a sauna and access to an outdoor shower and one with a bathtub.

It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fall down.

With central heating and a heat pump, the house is also wonderful for late summer, autumn, and winter.

Our cottage is located in Evetofte/Melby on a nice, densely planted and sunny plot. Here, there is a cycling distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's real Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light when the sun sets after a long beautiful day. In the last few years, we have updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, post-insulated, new thermal windows and a whole garden.
