Newly renovated holiday home perfect for the family who want a relaxed holiday in a quiet environment. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) there is a lovely kitchen-room, a cozy living room with TV and a view to the wood-burning stove. There is a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink/dryer. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a cot, as well as two children's rooms and toilet. In the annexe there is a double bed, kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. Everything is newly renovated in 2021. In the garden you will find a trampoline etc.

There is absolute privacy on the large green enclosed grounds, although both city and beach are just a 5-minute walk away. The main house is from 1924 and appears in many respects in original condition. An atmospheric and authentic house that, in the finest way, testifies that Tisvildeleje has been a well-visited seaside town for more than a hundred years. On the grounds there are three more 'houses', each with their own charm; the courtyard guest house on two floors, the green annex in the garden as well as the secluded cabin.

The house has a lovely terrace with a view of the water and a small wild garden with a charming gazebo. It has 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen, with dining area as well with a view of the water and a lovely living room with room for relaxation and cosiness.

The house must NOT be used to hold a party, as it is our private home!
