For LONG-TERM RENTAL, electricity, gas and water will be charged extra. Located in the historic center of Haltern, the many cozy restaurants and sights are within walking distance. The church square and the pedestrian zone in front of the house entice you to visit the market and in good weather to enjoy ice cream, delicious dishes and drinks. The area can be optimally explored on foot or by bike. No pets allowed.

Und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wassersport, Flugsport, Wander- und Reitausflüge, weitere Freizeitaktivitäten und Kulturunternehmungen.

Tourist destinations such as the Ketteler Hof, Wildpark Granat, Roman Museum provide plenty of variety for young and old. In Haltern am See, there is a varied culinary offer from beach bar to 1 star restaurant.

The nearest bus stop is only 200 metres away, from there you can reach the Marl-Sinsen station or the Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal in a few minutes. One bed is in the bedroom, in the living room of the apartment there is a sofa bed.
