A charming small, older but renovated apartment on the 1st floor it has about 50 m2 and a slightly smaller bathroom with shower, the apartment is located on the outskirts of Hamburg in the beautiful Vier and Marschlande directly at Lake Oortkaten with surf and swimming facilities. Public transport and an Edeka are within walking distance in 10 minutes,travel time about 40 minutes to the city center, can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. Washing machine and dryer can also be used by arrangement.

Die moderne Ferienwohnung befindet sich im neu ausgebauten Dachgeschoss. Der Eingang ist separat über eine Stahltreppe von außen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Bus fährt eine Station bis zum S-Bahnhof Blankenese. Zu Fuß geht man 12 Minuten. Sowohl Bus als auch S-Bahn fahren alle 10 Minuten. In der Hauptverkehrszeit fährt die S-Bahn sogar alle 5 Minuten über Altona in die Innenstadt zum Hauptbahnhof und weiter zum Airport Hamburg. Parkplätze gibt es genügend auf der Straße.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away).
