Monthly Rentals in Hamburg-Nord

The place was everything that I expected and more. Volker was very friendly and accommodating and I was even allowed an early check-in. I would definitely recommend this place and I'd love to stay here again when I come back to Hamburg.

we were received very empathetically by lia and her life partner. we found an apartment that exceeded our expectations: from a like apple to a newspaper, everything was available (things you wouldn't expect in a rented apartment)! thank you for welcome flowers and wine. Even a hot bottle was available. great connection to the bus and subway ... the way to downtown Hamburg was easy to manage (with the public and also with the bike brought with you) summa summarum: we felt well taken care of!

The accommodation is clean, has everything you need and is located in a separate building. The U1 and shops serving everyday needs such as supermarkets, bakeries, drugstores and a bank are within walking distance. There are also restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. Maria and Maurice respond quickly to messages and an earlier check-in was also possible on request.

We mostly had contact with Rene: he is a very friendly and open host and person. The conversations in between were very nice and fun. The small terrace in front of the apartment is wonderful and the large garden with all its beautiful plants, flowers and trees is quite delightful! There's a lot of love and commitment in the details. Both in the garden and in the apartment itself. Thank you and we will be back!
