Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hamlin Lake

One of the most unique Airbnb places we've stayed in. The apartment has a lot of stairs, but climbing up them is well worth the effort! It is situated on the top floor of an old bank. It's been renovated to be bright and modern with an open concept. The high ceilings and large windows, makes the place airy and bright. Beds were comfortable. A full kitchen had everything needed. Lots of hot water-pressure great. Extra bonuses - a balcony off the back of the apartment overlooks the Manistee River and there's a vintage movie theater just across the street. The river is a freighter channel with drawbridges! You can check in advance to see when ships will pass and if you are lucky, you may see one. The Vouge theater seems to show one new movie, a classic movie, and an indy type movie. The rest of the neighborhood is all 19th century/early 20th century buildings - pubs, coffee shops, a restaurant, antique shops, etc. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is only 50 mins away. The accommodations were spectacular, and Nicole was a wonderful host who thought of everything. Her explanations for how to use a code for the various locks and how to access the parking were perfect, and we were very grateful that she allowed us to check in early and get more sleep following a 6 a.m. flight. We didn't know much about Muskegon — were in town for a wedding — but we found the location of the condo to be excellent, with a great coffee shop downstairs and several restaurants just a short walk away.

The space is beautiful and LARGE. The kitchen is large and clean, the bathrooms were clean and wonderful to use, and I appreciate the locked gate for the cars. I would definitely stay again, this is a great airbnb!

This was a great stay! It’s close to downtown without being downtown. It was nice to be closer to nature with the ease of the city being a short commute. The place was exactly like the pictures and the host is very responsive.

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we will definitely be back! We love the location and how close everything is especially the brewery right next door! Dan was very responsive and a great host!

Felicia's rental unit is better than the photos! :) It is peaceful, calm, and in a picturesque part of Manistee. The unit has great windows: in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. There is so much great natural light that makes this place feel extra special and homey. Spacious and comfortable. Comfortable bed and furniture. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Relaxing bathtub. I stayed here for a long weekend as a solo traveler, and I can't wait to return for another stay. It would be a great place for a longer stay as well. Felicia was a proactive and gracious host. She thoughtfully provided pasta and sauce to cook (which I used!). She also let me park in the driveway during the snowy weekend, which was much appreciated. Lovely stay! Can't sing enough praises!

Overall, our stay was fantastic! Abby's place was wonderful! it was tucked away in the woods/forest with the most beautiful landscape view! We thought our little place was a perfect home away from home. It was tucked away in the forest, but Abby's instructions made it easy to find! Also, an extra star for the high end bidet. 🙃

Meg and Rita should be elevated to above “Superhost”. The little pink house is clean quiet and nicely decorated. All hosts should be as responsive and thoughtful. Every wall switch was labeled to let me know which switch operated each particular light or room. AND every wall socket was fitted with an adapter outlet which was so helpful when traveling with multiple chargers for multiple devices. A great stay. I will definitely stay again.

very cute place. has a lot of extra stuff including blankets, pillows, towels, cooking stuff, etc. You can also tell it’s a very safe location. A lot of the town people told us to come back during the summer so if your relying on doing stuff i would come after may!

Great place for a girls getaway. We enjoyed our time there with access to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend for a quiet location with everything you need.

We had an absolute blast staying at "In The Woods"! It exceeded all our expectations—honestly, the pictures don’t quite capture how amazing it is. The property offered perfect privacy, and both the interior and exterior were fantastic. Just a quick heads-up for anyone towing a trailer: the dirt roads leading in can be a bit bumpy and slow. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Perfect house for two adults and a child. House is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find and close to many things.

Paul was great. Responsive and helpful. Had a couple of questions about how things worked while we were there and he responded within minutes. Solid sleeping for 10 without pullouts.

What a wonderful stay! We so enjoyed watching the ducks on the river in the snow. So clean & tidy.......we will be staying again for sure. :) Thank you!

This may be one of my new favorite Air BNB spots! It is very comfortable and close to a lot of spots in Traverse City. The beach view was also very nice to look at. Kara is a great host and provided us with clear check in and check out instructions. Will definitely be visiting again!

Everything was super clean, nice, and pleasantly peaceful ❤️ Absolutely loved the views and beach access! I highly recommend this great stay, honestly 5/5 stars in every aspect 🌟 I will definitely hope to stay again in the future!

Absolutely the perfect place to find your inner peace and re-energize! The Nest is exactly that. It is so warm, comfortable and secure that it just so serene. The view is almost undesirable as it took my breath away and brought happy tears to my eyes. As a 60 year old mom of 2 amazing kiddos 11 and 9 who are both Neurodivergent it was the best medicine for my heart and soul. We will be back hopefully many times as both of my kiddos felt right at home. My husband as well was in awe of this Treasure I was able to find. Thank you Charlie and Suzy for allowing our little family enjoy something that never would have imagine as possible for us. it was heaven on earth.
