Our guesthouse is located in small village with about 50 people. It is a peaceful and peaceful setting in the midst of nature. You have access to several walking paths in the forest and countryside, proximity to the lake with swimming and fishing and to the village's pride, a really nice bus museum. Our water is the best quality The guesthouse includes free parking and wifi. Unfortunately, we do not have a shop in the village, therefore buy with the groceries you need. We are happy to serve a lovely breakfast at a cost of SEK 100 per person. Please let us know the day before.

Cottage by the lake with coziness factor

Cabin on lake property out on the peninsula. Close to scenic surroundings such as Linnés Råshult and several nature reserves. Älmhult village with shops, restaurants & train station is within 2.5 km. The cottage is located on a large natural plot by Lake Möckeln. Fishing in the lake is excellent, fishing license required. Two public swimming areas are 300 meters and 2 kilometers from the cottage or by boat across the lake. High season June, July, August rented whole weeks with changing Saturdays. The rent also includes: Rowboat/canoe. Pillows/duvets. BBQ

Kattugglans guest house/apartment just outside Ljungby

Here at Kattugglan, you have your own fresh ground-floor apartment with its own patio. A practical accommodation for 4 people with double bedrooms . You can reach Ljungby in five minutes by car, where there are cozy shops and ex fairy tale museum and mini-world etc. There are also nice hiking areas around Ljungby. With us it is possible to take a tour with a rowing boat or pedal boat on the river that runs about 100 meters from the apartment in season. Swimming from the jetty in the river. Lake view and walking distance to Såganäs Friluftsbas with swimming jetty and canoe rental. 5 km to Diö where the nearest pizzeria and train station are located. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south there is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and IKEA Museum. Fishing is available both in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.

The calm by the lakes in the woods of Vittsjö

(From November 1, 2025, we change one bedroom to a lounge and only take two guests.) Lovely 50s cottage with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a cape in Vittsjö's lake area so you have the peace and quiet, but are still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest close by and lovely hiking areas. Great fishing just meters from the front door. Here you wake up overlooking beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the hooping of the owls in the evening.

Beautiful wooden house

This Swedish country side house is a retreat to be in. It is very well suited for a couple. It has a beautiful wooden stove, nice open kitchen, living room and bedroom with glas doors that open to a big terras with private garden. The bedroom has a big double bed and a possibility for a child bed. There is a very comfortable bathroom with bath. Beautiful forests, lakes, playground, bakery (open on fridays), and regenerative veggie farm are just around the corner. PN: Limited public transport

Scenic modern country house

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber network on rainy days! You have access to a boat and firewood. No fishing license required.
