It consists of: - On the ground floor: garage, access to small patio (12 m2) - On the 1st floor: living area (living room, dining room) with open integrated kitchen, shower room, toilet - On the 2nd floor: mezzanine converted into a sleeping area/office area. Roof windows (electric with shutters) provide natural lighting for living spaces.

Le Moulin de l'Epine is 4 km from Bouillon, in the Belgian Ardennes. This former café, completely renovated in 2019, will welcome you in the middle of nature in a relaxing setting. Guests can enjoy direct access to the Semois via a private footbridge overlooking the canal of the old mill. Ideal for nature lovers, athletes (GR 16) or anyone looking for calm and an unforgettable experience. The premises are NOT SUITABLE for noisy groups

We wanted to make this old building, composed of a barn and a stable, this exceptional place while preserving the Dom stone combined with wood and metal. We live there. The cottage is attached to our home but totally independent.
