House vacation rentals in Hanoi

We had a few hiccups with our original Airbnb, so our review is solely based on our experience with the hosts and not this exact listing. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to all my questions. They had a staff member to help us with check-in, especially when we had a really late check-in. They were willing to be flexible and helpful. They also helped us arrange for a car pick up from the airport. The rooms we were in were spacious; water pressure and air conditioner worked really well. Good location that was a quick Grab away from the main attractions; we also had access to a coffee shop downstairs that was spacious and cool. Overall the hosts were clear and the space was good! We initially wanted one place with four rooms, with a shared communal living room for our party, however we ended up with four separate rooms on the same floor, which ended up working well. They were sure to accommodate specifically what we asked for when there was a minor hiccup! Great hosts.

this place is perfect for getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. All employees are very friendly and super accommodating. When I didn't go so well on the day of departure, we were also allowed to check out later. On excursions, we were always helped directly to organize a car. It is really a very nice and quiet place. the food is also super delicious.

Great place, nice pool, good food service to the villa and drinks for reasonable prices! We enjoyed staying at the villa and had great fun! However, when we checked in they were still about to clean and filter the pool for an hour and while we were having a private gathering in the living room in the evening the housekeeper walked in without notice which was a bit uncomfortable.

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

It was easy to find the accommodation, and there were shared amenities around the accommodation (restaurant, swimming pool, gym, etc.), so I was able to solve everything inside. All facilities were the same as the photos It was very nice and I enjoyed it comfortably before heading out. I highly recommend this place. ^ ^

Exceptional! We loved our stay here. It was clean, nice and incredibly beautiful. We spend 2 weeks in Vietnam and unfortunately our time here was short, but it was our favorite location and home. Ngoc Linhs provided great communication and was very accommodating. I wish we had more than a short stay, truly exceptional and peaceful. I’ll look out for this home if I am in Vietnam again!

Very nice, clean and hygienic

May was an excellent host! She was extraordinarily caring for our concerns and was very committed to providing us with a memorable stay. The apartment embodies the authentic charm of a typical Hanoi accommodation. It has been furnished comfortably and tastefully. During the day, it is lively and therefore not quiet because of the central location in the vibrant old town district, which contributes to the urban flair of the area. In the evening you can sit relaxed on the balcony and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. A big advantage is the excellent accessibility of the old town sights on foot. Communication with May was exceptionally good. She has made great personal efforts to allow us a wonderful stay. I would like to highlight your extraordinary hospitality and effort. Thank you for this great experience!

The location is easy to find and holly is very responsive during our stay here. She also provided us with thick blankets and it really helps esp at night when the temperature was dropped. One thing that needs improvement is kitchen utensils cleanliness esp the kettle. Overall, we had a nice experience staying here. Thank you!

Very pleasant and vibrant stay!I would highly recommend staying here! It was one of my most mesmerizing stays in Hanoi so far and I can’t empathize enough how great the location, decor, cleanliness and communication was. The host’s guide you from start to finish during your stay, regularly check up with you and help you if any issue or question arises. The host even gave us a list of recommendation for local cafés and restaurants! Definetly coming back and renting with this host again!

This place gives one an experience of a traditional urban neighborhood entering through a narrow stone-paved corridor. The bedrooms are in the upper floors and Son helped us with the luggage. Son has very good communication skills. He was very responsive to our needs and questions even before we arrived. He also gave us a memorable tour of a pottery village out of town.

We spent a very nice Christmas time in Hanoï in the cosy appartment of Linh thanks to her great care and attention for us and her full availability. Cam on nha Linh and Thang!

Great place to stay which has the lake view and near the super west lake mall and alot of cafes arounds. Would recommend this place away from all the busy hustling city center.

We had an amazing stay at Su Casa’s place! It was perfect for our big family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged to accommodate both adults and kids. The common areas were spacious and cozy, making it easy for us to spend quality time together. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group. The location was also ideal – close to The Cuisine Street, yet peaceful and private. Su Casa team was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a smooth and memorable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our family trip. Highly recommend this Airbnb for large families or groups looking for comfort and convenience. We’d love to come back again!

The Homestay is a Gem ; away and close at the same time. Away from the heavy traffic and noise but within mins to the action on foot. Long the one who I interact most is precise, attentive to your requests and always willing to help. Alice the other co-host gives valuable advice on where how and what to visit. They are both outstanding. No need to think twice, just book.

A well-located home for visiting the old town. Very well located for the bus from the airport. The shower is very hot and the bed is comfortable. Good value for money.

Nice place, friendly host, affordable price for big group or family.

We rented the whole house, all four rooms, for our group and it was convenient, clean, and comfortable. Great value and location was 4 minutes walk to train street, 15 minutes walk to Hoan lake or whatever it’s called. Beer street and night market are 12 minutes or so as well. The stairs to the rooms are steep…backpacks are best for that climb! You can manage with suitcases but you will get a workout in for sure.

a great experience staying in a house in Hanoi Old Quarter. the place is very spacious with a large balcony. the location also very convenient for walking to attractions. Be is very friendly. love the way she decorated the room with her artwork.

This property is perfect for groups looking to stay in the heart of Hanoi, right on Beer Street. With three apartments and five queen beds, it comfortably fits up to 10 people. The washrooms are clean with great hot water, and the location is unbeatable—close to restaurants, attractions, and all the action. The highlight of our stay was the host, Rosie, who was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the experience seamless. A couple of things to note: 1. Noise: Being in the center of the action, it’s not ideal if you want a quiet stay. 2. Steep Stairs: The stairs are steep, so they may not suit families with small children. Our kids (all above 8) managed fine. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for short-term stays and groups wanting to enjoy Hanoi’s vibrant atmosphere!

Cozy and cool place! Each floor has something different. Something to keep in mind is that the dryer is on the 4th floor and the stairs are narrow.
