The huge property offers outdoor seating, barbecue and a fireplace. Billiard table and fireplace guarantee sociable evenings. The heated outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance. In the vicinity there are top restaurants and the rat-catcher town of Hameln.

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.
