Cozy rear house in the grass roof settlement in Hanover Bothfeld for up to 6 people. Not far from nature conservation and recreational areas, swimming lakes and yet you are in downtown in 15 minutes. The house is about 45 square meters and consists of a bedroom with double bed (1.40 m) , a living room with dining table and futon sofa bed (1.40 m), from the living room you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via both the kitchen and the bathroom.

The house is located on the western outskirts in the Badenstedt district, in the middle of an old residential area. All utilities are within walking distance. To the city 15 min. by U-Bahn [subway], to the fair 45 min./ by car 25 min.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

Langenhagen/Kaltenweide near Hanover

We offer a room here with its own kitchen and private bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hanover airport is only 7 min away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer if it is timely, for a surcharge. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn (suburban train) station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn runs 25 minutes directly to Messe Laatzen/Hanover or in 17 minutes to the City of Hanover.

The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

The shower is available for shared use at any time and is located directly opposite the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Shopping and line 6, which takes you directly to the city center, are a 10-minute walk away.
