It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance from a variety of great restaurants, bars & coffee shops. It's in close proximity to downtown Seattle, even closer to Alki Beach & the West Seattle Water Taxi (to downtown) & just a mile from the vibrant Alaska Junction (where you'll find more great shops, restaurants, bars). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travelers.

This unique 2-bedroom duplex in a house is very close to Downtown Seattle as well as West Seattle, Alki Beach, Boeing Field, the stadiums, and Georgetown. The indoor space is a little more than 800 square feet, and the securely fenced garden is large and pleasant. It is perfect for a couple, a group of up to four, or a family.
