On the F-road, we offer a charming house with stunning mountain views from both the house, the guest house and the sauna – all connected by a spacious and inviting terrace. The house is suitable for hiking and cycling and in winter there is the possibility of ski-in when the top is open and ski-out for those who can imagine staking. The plot borders both the snowmobile trail and the Hovärksspåret, which means that you can easily reach the rest of the cross-country trail system directly from the house. Electric car charging is available.

The ski slopes in Skalet can be reached in a few minutes by car where there is ample parking. Fully-equipped kitchen and dining table for 8 people, two high chairs are available to borrow. NOTE! The location is optimal for those who seek variety and want to go to different places during their stay as it is about 20 minutes to both Bruksvallarna and Fjällnäs. There are mountain biking trails below the area towards Funäsdalen/Bruksvallarna. It is about 30 minutes (2.5 km) to walk to Funäsdalens Centrum. Charge the electric car at the house, cook in the new kitchen and enjoy views of the mountains.

Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.

Snowmobiles, ATV and boat can be rented separately. A campfire and grill are available. The large property offers plenty of space for discovery tours in the forest or the paths. For us, it is a wonderful place to find both peace and adventure. Of course, it is possible to see the Northern Lights!

Cross-country trails and hiking trails go through the area and the slalom slopes are a few minutes drive away. It has room for 4 guests and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday with comfortable beds, fireplace and sauna.
