The big family or friends relax in this peaceful space. A whole lower floor with 8 beds in three bedrooms + 2 extra beds. Rent to xtra cottage with 4 sleeping places. Large play-friendly lake plot with access to boat, wood-fired sauna, gas grill and barbecue area by the lake. Rätansbyn is a small nice village with shop, gas station, outdoor pool, two restaurants. Proximity to Vemdalens ski area, mountain tour, fishing and berry picking. Go around Jämtland with Östersund an hour away. Welcome!

Traditional wooden house with vintage decor by river for min 3 nights rental. 6 beds; one double, one with 3 single beds, one single. All you need in the kitchen, wood burner in livingrom. Small wood fired sauna by sundeck/jetty with amazing view of sunset. Large garden with meadow and outbuildings incl logcabin, privvy. Small beach by meadow/river, lily pond. Neighbour has small cabin rental. Close to woods, golfcourse, 5 km to Sveg with shops, leisurecentre. 45 mins to mountains. Self cleaning

The houseboat is located in the lake, anchored to land with docks around. Single location in rural setting. From the upper floor of the houseboat there are large glass sections facing the lake, with the possibility to sit indoors or outdoors and behold the beautiful view. Two bedrooms and a living room. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, dining area and sofa. Outdoors there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor shower with hot water, outhouse, barbecue area and outdoor furniture.

The cottage is located on the south shore of the Ängersjön on a peninsula on the edge of the rustic village. The large property is bordered by the child-friendly beach and a jetty as well as numerous hiking trails in the surrounding forests. A rowing boat is available at no charge at the house and other rental boats from the local fishing company can be rented at five lakes. Ice fishing, snowmobile or dog sledding tours are just a few of the possible activities in the winter.

Varmt välkommen till en riktigt mysig fjällstuga med bastu + labbox för elbil. Underbar utsikt över sjön och fjällen! Här bor ni lugnt och fridfullt, ca 10 minuter från Björnrike och ca 15 minuter från Vemdalen by. Längdspår och skoterled ett stenkast från tomten. Endast 30m ner till sjön där ni finner privat picknickbord för 6-8 gäster, grillplats/grill och båt för fiske och bad. Vintertid ofta fina längdspår på sjön. Matbutik och bensin 2 min med bil från stugan.

Cozy modern house by Lofssjön with its own beach location and wonderful lake views to the water and mountains. Boat to rent. There is its own barbecue plastic by the beach. Here is the place if you want to switch off from everyday life and just enjoy. Best location with 1 km to well-stocked ica shop and restaurant and bike rental etc. Now there is also a baby food chair to borrow for free . Bed linens can be rented from the host if you let us know when you book.

Our apartment "Grastöten" is a cosy cabin for 4 persons. The apartment has a living room with cable TV, free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (one underbed is 110 cm wide), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the living room there is a sofa which can be used as a double bed. You can also book our sauna to relax and warm up. Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out is until 10:00 am.

Rest of the year, 2 days minimum. 2 floors - middle + loft. Charger for EV vehicles. Smoking is ABSOLUTELY forbidden indoors. Cost for cleaning: SEK 950 / week or SEK 150 / day for a shorter stay.
