To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. Lots of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter right from the door. About 1 km skiing through the forest to the trail network to Skeikampen. The cabin sleeps 5, plus crib, equipped kitchen, heat pump, wood-burning stove and dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels incl. Must have 4x4 in winter. 15 min to city center and Skeikampen, 30 min to Lillehammer and 45 min to Hunderfossen.

The cabin is located a bit by itself in the old harbor garden at Heggerud, which has now been partially turned into a kitchen garden. Access to the high mountains Rondane and Jotunheimen is about 1 hour drive. The cabin is a short walk away from Gålå grocery store with year-round operation, and cafe and mountain hotel just nearby.

Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.

Nur das verbrauchte Holz sollte am Ende des Urlaubs wieder aufgefüllt werden.
