This waterfront retreat features a private deck with gas grill and fire pit, a full kitchen and living area with fantastic water views, leather recliner, sofa and cable TV. The bedroom has an adjustable king Tempurpedic bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large shower, towel warmer, led mirror, hand-held bidet, heated toilet seat and washer/dryer. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Winter or summer, the Little River Retreat will help you step away from the world - but still be minutes from Reid State Park, Five Islands Lobster, the Georgetown General Store, and the rugged beauty of Midcoast Maine. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. We love the unique charm of this space and place, and many repeat guests do too. We hope you will treasure (and care for it) as we do!

Shore House, Leona Unit - Ocean Front Property

This is the ground level of a multi-unit house. It is wheelchair friendly, with cathedral ceilings, a modern kitchen, and wide plank pine floors. The expansive deck will only enhance you experience overlooking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and owners are responsible for any waste. We want to be courteous with all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

Located within the Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort, you are in a prime location to have access to local shops, antique markets, and restaurants. Take a stroll down to the Pier where you can experience the water up close.

Bird Watching Paradise Harpswell

Gorgeous brand new 1BR in law unit above the garage in a waterfront property with 1.6 acres big lawn! It is so peaceful just to look outside with the big windows or just grab a drink and have some fresh air on the deck. Watch the wild animal crossing the lawn, maybe you will spot a red fox, ducks and geeks are regular visitors :) Also enjoy the Maine wood trails and bay trails around, this is truly a great place for getaway and enjoy the nature!
