From the balcony you have views of the countryside and the wonderful fjord. From the apartment there are about 100 meters to the public sandy beach. Free parking on site. Highly situated, right on the edge of the forest and about 150m from the beach, you will find this cozy and spacious cottage of 88sqm. From the large terrace of the house and several of the rooms of the house, there is a nice view of the sea. Just behind the house you will find a beautiful beech forest with good hiking trails and with a good opportunity to see wild animals and birds. In front of the house, there is just a 5-minute walk to a nice and very child-friendly sandy beach.

Meine Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen mit Blick auf Dänemark. Die Wohnung ist in 2017 neu renoviert worden. Tolle Busverbindungen bringen einen innerhalb von 10 Min. ins Zentrum von Flensburg. Dänemark ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsgelegenheiten gibt es in unmittelbare Nähe. Minigolf direkt vor der Haustür. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt kostenlos vor Ort. Unmittelbare Strandnähe.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water
