“I had a great weekend at Vince and Richard’s cabin! I travel pretty regularly on Airbnb and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. The cabin itself feels brand new, and is very comfortable. It had everything you’d need to cook full meals, spices, coffee, plenty of drinking water, a really comfy bed, a fantastic CD collection, and the hosts provided all the fire wood you need to keep the cabin warm or for camp fires outside. With all the leaves down, there were awesome mountain views through the trees from inside the cabin, which I wasn’t expecting. Incredible star gazing on a clear night here too! Vince and Richard were very kind and attentive hosts. They had great communication prior to my arrival, stopped by to ensure I had enough firewood, and even lent me a backpack for a hike. Truly the only downside here is if you have Verizon you won’t have any cell service at the cabin or the surrounding areas. I was happy to disconnect, but it did make it a little harder to plan/get around. Hope to be back again for a longer visit next year!”

“We just returned from Loraine and Dean’s and it was another great trip our 2nd time around! The hospitality offered is bar none across the board. We were lucky enough to also experience fishing in neighboring Vermont at their lovely recommendation and caught several sunfish, perch, and a rock bass. As always, Ben steals the show and is an incredible companion exploring the grounds during our daily hikes! Having daily farm-to-table fresh eggs are a close second to Ben! During our checkout, we received a special treat of morning glory muffins baked by Loraine for the road! We are already talking about our next visit to their farm!”

“Luke and Joy will immediately make you feel right at home. When we entered the home there was a personalized note welcoming us in and small welcoming touches throughout the space. Luke and Joy were very communicative throughout our stay if we needed anything and made us feel very comfortable. The home is very cozy and clean. If you plan to cook (which we did for every meal) you won't have an issue navigating the kitchen at all. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked like a hotel room, and you'll have everything you need (save for personal toiletries like toothpaste and such) but there is soap and shampoo if needed and dishwashing soap and plenty of towels. This space could easily fit a family of four or five or a pair of couples. We knew we chose the right place when our anxious pup settled in right away. The lake is right outside and it is a gorgeous view. We had the quiet get away we needed and would go back! Thank you Luke and Joy!”
