The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. You can reach the city of Chemnitz by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.
