The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

You have a separate entrance (photo) in the single-family house to a 41 m² apartment with bathroom, small bedroom, hallway and spacious apartment with kitchen incl. kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Everything on one level without stairs or steps. A Kinderkraft Sofi plus baby crib and highchair are provided free of charge. The apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Greifenhain (Saxony). A bakery is nearby. You can park for free directly on the premises.

Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

Spend a quiet time in the attractive small town of Frohburg. All facilities for daily needs are within a maximum of 5 minutes' walk. A fully furnished apartment is offered for your own use. In the immediate vicinity, a nature reserve invites you to take long walks or bike tours. There are also several castles and fortresses, a local recreation area and several lakes nearby.
