We built the houses with love, emphasizing minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Sitting above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (separate charge).

Bavarian Forest Chalet Kaitersberg with sauna and garden

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Stay in this strategic place, in the heart of Hartmanic and close to the Šumava National Park, and you will have it with your family or friends a short walk to all the interesting and sought-after places of the magical Šumava, including bike trails or cross-country trails. A fully equipped spacious apartment on the first floor of a renovated apartment house, with the possibility of using a cellar, is fully at your disposal. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
