The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a ship hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa, and a wood stove with a comfortable kitchen make up a fine-tuned whole. It comfortably accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the houses with love, emphasizing minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Sitting above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (separate charge).

HAUS28 – A-frame with hot tub in the Bavarian Forest

A private hot tub under the starry sky, plus a modern A-frame in the middle of the forest: HAUS28 offers 4 bedrooms, 2 designer bathrooms, an open-plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an electric charging station. Stay in this strategic place, in the heart of Hartmanic and close to the Šumava National Park, and you will have it with your family or friends a short walk to all the interesting and sought-after places of the magical Šumava, including bike trails or cross-country trails. A fully equipped spacious apartment on the first floor of a renovated apartment house, with the possibility of using a cellar, is fully at your disposal. The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
