The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

What an amazing property!!! We are a family of five and were able to spread out, do laundry and play games in the garage. Extremely clean, plenty of kitchen stuff, towels, it is a comfortable home. We had some confusion in the beginning and Doug called immediately help us. The property is secluded, with lots of land to walk or just sit and enjoy the surroundings. The games in the garage were great, in good condition and dad won the shuffle board tournament. If we go back to Cooperstown, this is the only place I would stay. Also loved Jackie’s Restaurant in Milford!!! This ranks as the #1 property we have rented for vacation.

Amazing place and host..Samantha voluntarily invited us for early checkin once the place was ready and when we requested late checkout she was kind enough to agree with our request. Place is easily accessible having all necessary items for staycation…3-4 mins drive to grocery… to sum up the place is heaven for staycation with bird chirping in morning, water gusting from creek to arrangement to relax in backyard and comfy bed. Thanks for hosting us and place surely calls for revisits🫰🏼😊

Laura was great. The cabin is amazing — beautiful and comfortable. It was like being in a cozy museum. They’ve thought of everything.
