“Wow talk about spot! Craig has created the most amazing place to get away from it all. Lazy Acres is so special and I will definitely be staying here again. The sunsets over the cane fields are something else and everything about the place is so modern and well thought out. Everything you need to cook a meal and Netflix and chill. Craig was super friendly too and was available but not intruding in any way. Felt nice know the main house was not too far away but they have designed the cabin to face the other direction so you feel all kinds of privacy. Yamba not far away if you want to eat out and great coffee and b&e rolls are about a minute drive from here. 10/10”
Our home is on just over 4 acres on the river. The air b&b room has just been renovated, has French doors that lead to the veranda, the room has a TV with Netflix and DVD. Guests are welcome to use the pool, canoe, boat ramp (small boats only),Wii, books & games. Yamba is 20 minutes away, Maclean is 10 minutes. There are chooks and vegie gardens and often kangaroos. Small house trained pets are welcome, let us know when booking if you have a pet. We have a small dog and cat in the house.
Accommodation consists of an en suite and generous bedroom with queen bed, ample packing space and private lounge with TV and kitchenette, a sparkling pool and undercover BBQ area, undercover parking is available. This is all in a very tranquil setting (only 6 km from the highway), with lots of bird and animal life. Guests are encouraged to interact with the hosts who love to chat, share a glass of wine and listen to your stories. If you are tired after travelling all day, this would be a relaxing venue for you to unwind.
“This stay was absolutely phenomenal! The house is perfect for a couple to stay, it has great amenities, including heated lights in case it gets a bit nippy. The host was amazing - perfect amount of interaction to be helpful, but very respectful of the space and quick to communicate. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, we even got to see some baby Roos in the back yard!”
