We stayed in Faistenau for 5 nights and had a great time! If you like hiking, you have a great selection of mountains right outside the door and Salzburg is also quickly and easily accessible by bus. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love, super clean and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

The size of the space, including modern kitchen and extensive basic amenities, even exceeded our expectations. Even the coffee in the morning was already available. The train station is less than a 5-minute walk away and from there you can reach both Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg or Königssee even without a car in no time. Of course, you can also go hiking and walking in the area. A successful stay for us! Thanks!

The place was really perfect for us as a family with older children as well as dogs. It is very quiet and yet central to reach a park or Lake Chiemsee on foot. Gstadt is a beautiful place with lots of opportunities to eat and relax and the opportunity to use various sports activities. And you are back to the apartment within 5 minutes, which offers a fantastic view of the lake.

We enjoyed our stay in the PREMIUM APARTMENTS Seekirchen. The accommodation was modern, clean and well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area. The quiet location was particularly pleasant, but at the same time the proximity to Salzburg. Check-in was straightforward, and the host was available and helpful at all times. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the apartments

We loved everything about this home. It was very easy to get to and Dr. Brigitte was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment itself was very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains. There was a grocery store just around the corner. There were also multiple bus stops just outside the house that took us everywhere we wanted to go and was super easy to use. One of our favorite things was the heated floor in the bathroom, which feels luxurious in the winter.

Fantastic surroundings and views. From the balcony you could see the whole valley. The apartment was superbly equipped and clean. The kitchen had everything needed. A folder with information about the place helped further. The forest begins right behind the house. We were more than satisfied with our vacation at Oliver's. We'd love to come back soon

Beautiful idyllic place equipped with the most necessary. My little daughter loved the carousel and the opportunities to play outside. Very nice hosts who were always available. For us, the overnight stay in the shepherd's wagon was a special experience. We will be happy to come back.

Large house for up to 12 guests near the lake/mountains

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. As a family of 4, we had a really good time in Christina's apartment. Communication before 1a. We were unsure about sleeping arrangements for our two young children and Christina was able to help us out so we didn't have to bring anything in this regard. This was very handy. The residential area was quiet, we hardly noticed anything from the two dogs. We were able to park the car in front of the door and also take a few excursions on foot. All in all, a nice stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Nathalie’s place! The house is beautiful, clean, and modern, and the location is very close to a lovely lake. Nathalie is an amazing host—she even left a small welcome package and note, which was so thoughtful. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, she responded immediately. I highly recommend staying here!
