There are windows on 2 sides; the kitchen has a window with morning sun and the bedroom/living room has a window where the sun is until about 8-9 pm in the summer. There is a double-leaf entrance door with glass in full width. Open area and forest are 100 meters away, an eldorado for adults and children in summer and winter. It is an 8-minute walk to the grocery store, and good communication to Oslo city center, Lysaker, Bekkestua, Sandvika etc.
