The top level is open layout, cathedral ceilings, and a spacious kitchen. This level also provides access to both the ocean-facing sun deck and the back sun deck. The first level master BR has a private deck. Although the listing says it’s a 13 minute walk to the beach, that likely includes packing the cooler time!

Private Hatteras Island home on a serene, secluded lake nestled in the trees. Located in beautiful Kinnakeet Shores, which offers various boardwalks with direct access to the sound and the beach. Under the house is covered parking, a charcoal park grill, picnic table, and a large outdoor shower. The house is a quick 7-minute walk to the beach, the sound, and the pool, it is also convenient walking distance to area restaurants, stores, and the big a big chain grocery store.

We are situated right next to a small private marina. Although the dock is not available for use, the boat ramp is offered for a $5 drop box fee. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
