Guesthouse "De Cranvogel" The cozy log cabin can be found in the yard of a farmhouse and has its own driveway. Sheltered beneath a wooden embankment, you look out over the Fochtelooërveen and into the beautifully maintained garden. During the summer, the view may be obstructed by the growth of corn or any other crop. The log cabin has a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room, and the entire space can be heated with a wood-burning stove. You can make your own cup of coffee or tea in the log cabin.

The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Large swimming pond. 2 spacious bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. 2 bicycles with child seats available for free and bicycles can be rented in the village. Washing machine and dryer are provided. Private parking, covered veranda. Groningen, Assen and Drachten are 25 minutes away by car. Veenhuizen (with the colonies of Weldadigheid), Norg and Bakkeveen are accessible by bicycle.
