Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung hat 55 qm und ist voll ausgestattet. 1 Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, 1 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne, Küche und Flur. Vom Flur aus begeht man alle Zimmer. Somit kann man im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer getrennt schlafen. Solltet ihr schon in der Früh ankommen oder am Abreisetag länger in der Wohnung bleiben wollen, lasst es mich wissen, wenn keine neuen Anreisen anstehen mache ich alles möglich. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 100 Meter von der U2 Theresienstraße entfernt.
