Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. Our apartment (40 m²) is located in the Miesbach lake district. The apartment is ideal for discovering the numerous lakes, mountains and the nearby ski resorts. The local recreation area Schliersee is only 10 minutes away and Tegernsee 15 minutes. Here you can also be pampered in bad weather in the Vitaltherme/Schliersee and Seesauna/Tegensee. In 50 minutes you are in Munich, in 30 minutes in Rosenheim and Kufstein to enjoy art and culture. But you can also just relax.

Idyllic on the green Riviera

The apartment is located on the quiet, green Miesbacher Riviera, from which it takes only 5 minutes to get to the center and the train station. By car, it is 15 minutes to the highway, Lake Schliersee, Lake Tegernsee and the mountains. Munich is 🚆 45 minutes away by train. There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a room with a double bed and a room with a single bed and desk. I look forward to welcoming many guests from all over the world. 🌍

In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or one more person.

The real Seehäusl is located directly on the lake, with its own jetty and shore stripes. I can't accept reservations or requests with children under the age of 12. The 55 sqm 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also provided. Kitchen and dining on the ground floor are my private area.
