This cozy, warm apartment, completely renovated especially for travelers, located on the 1st floor, will seduce you with its east-facing orientation overlooking the square where the children's Christmas market is held... a real fairytale! Decorated in an original and atypical way, the apartment will seduce you immediately! The famous Little Venice is only 50 m away! Parking is just in front of the building!

65 m² apartment, 4 people, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet. A kitchen equipped with all the essentials. A private garden of 170 m² and 1 private parking space. View of the entire Vosges ridge, ideally located, 7 KM from Colmar in the center of Alsace. Bike paths nearby along the canal. The first ski slopes are 1 hour drive away. Europa-park, the best amusement park in the world is 35 km away. All the necessary amenities are 5 minutes from the accommodation.

Modern studio at the foot of the vineyards

A very nice 27 m2 studio built in 2017 on the ground floor of a building separate from our house (private entrance). Located on the edge of the wine route in Alsace (the vineyard is just behind the house). Close to amenities (small supermarket) but in the quiet countryside. Towels and bed linen is available. Breakfast ingredients (tea, coffee) provided. To buy your pastries or bread, you will find several bakeries in the city centre.

Lô-Bin-Ïa, a cottage in harmony with nature.

We built our bioclimatic wooden frame chalet so that it restores a soft and natural atmosphere in harmony with the surrounding nature. Its name Lô-Bin-Ïa comes from its source which flows next to the chalet. And it is in this sweetness that we want to welcome you. You will have access to downhill and cross-country ski trails, lakes and waterfalls less than 1/2 hour from the chalet. Many hiking trails are present around the chalet.

Welcome to my atypical apartment, [57m²]. A warm and original place designed for those who like to go off the beaten path. Located in a quiet area, this accommodation offers a unique atmosphere, mixing modern comforts and artistic touches. With its unconventional volumes, cozy nooks, neat decoration, and singular atmosphere, this space is unlike any other. Perfect for a romantic stay, a creative break, or an inspiring weekend.

Cottage at the foot of the vines: Le Nid

Our cottages are at the foot of the vineyards, not overlooked. 300 meters from a bus stop and close to the village center. Close to Colmar (2.4 km), Eguisheim (1 km) and typical Alsatian villages. This cottage is a new construction (2024) and has a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room with sofa and a bedroom, terrace, parking and a large orchard. We have a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a sauna accessible to our three cottages

Chalet de la Roche du Renard is quietly located on the heights of Gérardmer, close to the Gérardmer and La Bresse ski slopes. All in old wood, the Chalet is authentic and refined. It offers 5 spacious bedrooms with separate bathrooms and toilets. The chalet is very quiet, with a terrace and a large outdoor space. You will also find a sauna and an outdoor shower.

This house is adjoining a second cottage for 12-16 people. A laundry room is shared by the 2 cottages. Depending on availability, possibility to rent the whole, for a capacity of 26 people.
