Beautifully converted barn, I lovingly restored it over the last 10 years, to the highest standards to offer a modern country living. I made it as my dreams evolved, including a home cinema, underfloor heating, internal courtyard for barbecues etc. Tucked away in a pretty village with it's bakery and convenience store, yet with easy access to stunning local countryside, historic villages and castles. The house is perfect for family celebrations or to get away from it all whatever the weather.

This former farmhouse from 1824, typically Auvergne with an area of 250 m 2, is located in the heart of the Margeride forest at 928 m altitude in a peaceful hamlet. 18 months of renovation have allowed us to preserve the authenticity of this house, beams, wooden floors, sink wall cantou in Auvergne stones, traditional furniture, decorations of old objects that highlight our fauna, flora, our activities and our cultures, a simplicity and authenticity emerges from the premises.
