A cosy cottage with a history dating back over 1000 years when it was formally tower guarding a bridge over the river Rhone The cottage is in a nature reserve on the banks of the Rhone and has been newly renovated in 2021. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one small sofa bed (suitable for one person or two small children, a bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep.

Welcome to Chalet du Fjord Located 5 km from Aix les Bains and 10 km from the slopes of the Savoie Grand Revard resort, the chalet is ideally located and offers panoramic views of the largest natural lake in France. After a winter day in the mountain you can relax thanks to the sauna and jacuzzi before going shopping in Aix les Bains or resting on the terrace or in front of a fireplace. The switch to the local cheese factory will give you food cravings.

It is a 16 m2 cabin with a sofa bed (sleeps 160/200) with a shower room with toilet. An outdoor kitchen with Weber gas sink and BBQ. Bed linen and towels are included. Access to the jacuzzi is available by reservation 48 hours in advance at the rate of €25/person for 2 hours. 🌙 Our little paradise loses some of its tranquility at nightfall, rocked by the festive echoes from the beach of Excenevex and the campsite, which dance in the air until midnight.

If you'd like to enjoy the lake and the beautiful city of Annecy, in a quiet place, then you've come to the right place. Our house is ideally located 100 meters from the lake and 4 km from Annecy Old Town. You don't want to be caught in traffic, we provide, for a fee, 10 bikes. If you want to spend a quiet evening, the house is decorated with a 250 m² fenced garden, where you can enjoy the lounge area, dining area, barbecue and fire pit

Family house 3*, feet in the water

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located in a dead end, by the lake (private pontoon), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

Loft with outdoor area, sauna, jacuzzi

Called "Another World", this atypical place is located in a former printing house, close to the city center. You have more than 250 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture that I create. There is also a game room and a relaxation area. A large garage allows you to park at least 3 cars and many motorcycles. You will have a garden by the river accessible by a few steps.
