Very nice quiet 2-room apartment, historic centre.

2 room apartment of 36 m2, recently renovated. It is located in a small, quiet 2-storey building. It is on the second floor without an elevator. It has a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, a fitted kitchen (microwave, electric hob...), a sofa bed in the living room and a separate bedroom with a large double bed of 160x200 cm and comfort mattress. Plenty of storage (large closet in the bedroom), and WiFi fibre. ATTENTION: NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.

The accommodation is located 8 km from Aigueblanche in the traditional Savoyard village of Navette (1100 meters above sea level). Our cottage offers you access to multiple summer and winter activities. It is located about 30 minutes from Valmorel ski resort and 10 minutes from Naves Nordic ski resort. 15 minutes from the Albertville Moutiers expressway, you can quickly access the 3 Vallées resorts and the Brides and La Léchère spa resorts.

Entire home in the mountains, 4 to 6 people.

Typical mountain village, single-story south-facing house with views of the mountains. Large meadow not overlooked available. Parking space. Independent entrance overlooking all the rooms: a bedroom (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, a large living room/equipped kitchen with a sleeping area 8 m2 with sofa bed separated by a curtain. We live 4 km away, so we will be available to you.

in the center of Grand-Nâves, at an altitude of 1340 m, in the Beaufortain massif; this authentic village overlooks the splendid view of the Col de la Madeleine and the Lauzière mountain range; it is the starting point for the Nordic estate, snowshoeing or hiking trails. Let's report a sound insulation defect with the neighboring apartment when it's rented. Sheets and towels are not included, but optional.
