The cottage is private, it includes: - a large living room with kitchen, dining room and living room (sofa bed). - one bedroom: 2 single beds or 1 double bed, office area. - one bedroom: 1 double bed, reading area and fireplace. - a bathroom. - a beautiful terrace and garden with barbecue. Very quiet hamlet.

Located in the heart of the charming village of Vars Sainte Catherine, in an old barn, completely renovated in 2020, the accommodation (165m2) can accommodate 14 people as well as a bb (fixed child bed) A terraced balcony overlooks the valley and offers a magnificent 240° view from the Eyssina to the boxes. Access to the ski slopes is simple. A free shuttle bus will pick you up in front of the chalet and drop you off in 5 minutes at the first chairlift.

3* gîte to be in harmony with nature

New cottage completed at the end of June 2021. You will live in a quiet and peaceful environment and you can enjoy our natural swimming pond (300 m2 of open water). We also rent a small trailer (far from the cottage and not overlooked) so you will share the green spaces and the water with our other tenants (3 max). We will share our knowledge of our beautiful region and its preserved nature with you. Please read the House Rules before booking.

Comfortable suite in a renovated barn building entirely for you, isolated in the mountains, on the edge of a forest trail that is accessible by car in the summer and by foot in the winter (on cross-country skis and mountain bikes).

On the ground floor of our house, located on the edge of a GR (long-distance hiking trail) and a route of the Camino de Santiago, you benefit from a completely independent entrance and a private shaded garden area, in summer. This studio was converted from an old vaulted barn which gives it a very atypical charm. Parking space reserved for our guests

Every season offers shows: In winter snowshoeing or ski touring from the barn. In spring, watch wildlife wandering in front of you. In the summer, take a dip in the waterfalls. In Fall listen to the deer's slab. Not to mention stargazing!

Welcome to Chantafount, to the song of the fountain, in this apartment that we have converted in the barn (independent entrance) with an outdoor space. It is a pleasure to share this place of rejuvenation at 1300m altitude, in the heart of the Champsaur (Parc des Ecrins). I like to travel, hike, exchange and help you, if you wish, to discover this beautiful region (festival, hiking, water, golf...)
