Welcome home :) My relaxing 50m2 studio, where the artist Suzanne Valadon lived, looks like à little house, located on the ground floor of a private, quiet and secure residence, with a beautiful courtyard. High ceilings in the living room, and a private closed bedroom upstairs. Confortable furnished, views on greenery. Walking around is so easy : The Abesses district, shops, restaurants, the subway 12 and 2, only a 1mn walk away . A perfect central place to rest after exploring Paris!

With its large traditional small-pane windows, it benefits from exceptionally high ceilings of more than 4.50 m. You can stroll along Rue de Passy, and find all the food shops, bistros, restaurants, stores, supermarkets and luxury boutiques. Comfort, space and elegance. Couples or small families

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm.
