45 m2 apartment a few minutes from downtown Colombes. It is located in a secure residence with a courtyard bedroom. The living room sofa is convertible for up to 4 people in total in the apartment. Paris La Défense is accessible by bus in 20 minutes. St Lazare station in 20 minutes too. The residence does not have parking but nearby spaces are available. This is the apartment where I live and that I make available during the holidays. It's quiet. At the foot of bus stops that take you to the train station St-Cloud, line L towards Saint-Lazare. Underground parking is available. Shops (Franprix and small casino) are a 10-minute walk away maximum. I provide the sheets. Bath towels are not provided. Cleaning must be done when you leave the apartment.
