Monthly Rentals in Havant

What a lovely and relaxing couple of nights stay we had at Debbie and Paul’s accommodation. After a long day and several hours travel, being able to unwind at L'Atelier was a pleasure. We were greeted by Debbie and Paul’s son who was friendly and welcoming (along with their lovely dog!). Everything was as described, it was spotlessly clean, the kitchen and living space was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The bedroom had decent storage for all our clothes and was also very comfortable. The location of L'Atelier is really peaceful and calming, but we were only a 10 minute walk away from a couple of local pubs and a little bit further to local restaurants. Communication from Paul was really good, again very friendly and had all the information we needed. It was a lovely couple of nights stay, would not hesitate to recommend.

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

The location is strategic as it is right in the town centre within walking distance to most amenities. We love the location! The apartment is accurately described as it is. It is very clean as one would expect. We love the space it offered. Even though it is right in the middle of the town centre, we could hardly hear any traffic noise. The surrounding is so peaceful and quiet. The host, Nigel, has been extremely kind in reaching out to us proactively with relevant information before and during our stay. We felt well supported. Thank you. Overall very positive experience and highly recommended. We would happily stay here again if opportunity arises.
