The house has 2 floors, a newer kitchen, a bathroom, a dining area and a large room upstairs with a sofa set, 2 single beds and a double bed. There is an exit to the terrace with a view of the horse paddocks and the forest in the background. There is a private entrance and access to a cozy courtyard with a spa. It is 1 km to Herfølge station, which has fast trains to Køge and Copenhagen. 4.5 km to Køge Golf Club.

Charming wooden house, which is located as an annex in the backyard of a disused farm. The house has its own driveway behind the old barn, and its own small wooden deck. The house contains an entrance hall, large room with kitchen, dining table and living room with 140 cm sofa bed, bathroom, built-in wardrobe and small bedroom with 120 cm bed. The house sleeps 4 people (2 people on the sofa bed in the living room, and 2 people on 1 ½ man bed in the bedroom), but works best for 2-3 people. Unfortunately not a handicap accessible house.

Boligen ligger ca. 1 km. i gå-afstand til stationen, hvorfra det tager ca. 30. min med toget direkte ind til centrum i København. Boligen er en gæstebolig til hovedhuset hvor værten bor. Boligen er tæt på mange butikker, og ca. 1,5 km. afstand til stranden. Boligen består af en enkelt seng på hemsen, samt en seng der er 140 cm. i stuen.
