Always a pleasure to stay in such beautiful surroundings, perfect spot to stay, the barn is so inviting, comfy, has the right amount of everything for a peaceful home from home stay. Will always come back again and again as one of my favourite locations and airnbnbs to stay. Paul is always accomodating, helpful, polite, friendly, approachable and informative but gives you all the space and privacy to feel like the barn is your very own home...

Mark and Nicole are truly the perfect hosts 😍 My husband and I spent nearly four months at ‘The Stables’ and couldn’t have been happier! The house is fabulous and has everything you could wish for. We love to cook and enjoyed cooking here as the kitchen was of a very high spec. The master bedroom was beautiful and the king size bed so, so, comfortable. So If it’s luxury you want, then it’s here. The location is delightful set far back from the road, along a track next to fields. There are lovely country walks nearby, where there are many beautiful horses, muntjacs and many other types of wildlife to see. We regularly had a pheasant who would peer in through our door 🥰 I would recommend staying here as the accommodation is very well appointed and in a lovely peaceful setting. Ampthill only being a short walk from the house is a wonderful little town to go shopping, have coffee or enjoy a lovely meal at one of the many eateries. We will definitely be back and miss being there.

We always stay with Gill when we’re over in Bedford visiting our family. Her place is convenient, homely and ideal for us, and is great value for money. Gill is so lovely and welcoming, and she even brought down books and toys for our daughter, and left an Easter egg and bunny for her on the Sunday. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town, thanks Gill!

Another lovely stay in lovely surrounding. Emily and Mike are lovely hosts They were very kind about the use of their beautiful garden with my dog who loved chasing Milo around the garden. Thank you both again
