This is such a gem - the location is amazing , easily walkable to colleges and stations, but a peaceful road just off the main street of Jericho with its great restaurants and pubs. It was good to have a kitchen that was so well equipped, bed was super comfy- with top notch bed linen and all the little extras that made us feel welcome and the gorgeous rainwater shower in the spotless bathroom was a bonus. Although the bed is in the same room as the kitchen it was spacious enough to be able to sit and eat at the small kitchen table and lovely to have a little private patio area in the garden (which was an oasis!) Oxford is fantastic, we could have stayed another week and we would definitely book again . Highly recommended air bnb.

Excellent place to stay within minutes from the city centre. The property had excellent insulation from light (no eyemasks needed) when the numerous blinds were used, and was very quiet throughout. Tina and Gerard were also very hospital hosts. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful little apartment In wonderful location. Perfect for our family of three and dogs. Host communication was excellent, loved the flexible check-in and had a family like feel to the place. Highly recommend the Bear in North Moreton pub - 10 minute drive away. Oxford city centre is sub 30 minutes and a great day out also. Would love to visit again!

We had a really comfortable stay at your place! The location was good, the room was clean and cozy. The host was also friendly and responsive, so there was no inconvenience at all during my stay. We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. Lovely, clean, bright and spacious apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Good bus services into Oxford and we were able to park at the apartment throughout our stay. Communication with Tom was excellent, he was able to accommodate all of our requests. Highly recommended, thank you Tom.

Another great stay with friends and the kids. Beautiful cottage and an amazing location, literally 10 seconds walk to the local pub! Huge amount of space and the kitchen and dining area is perfect for a social weekend. We will be back and can’t thank the hosts enough

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Jane was as friendly and helpful as you could possibly want in a host. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated and the lemon drizzle cake that is there on arrival was delicious! It’s also in a great location - Marsh Gibbon is a lovely village but also a fantastic spot for exploring the wider area of the Cotswolds and Buckinghamshire. Would definitely recommend.

Had a stunning time here at the lodge ! Felt like home from home Lots of amazing places to discover while walking the dogs , pub 2 mins down the road stunning location . Hosts where lovely and welcoming Felt sad leaving and will definitely return .

Had a brilliant time staying in the ‘Rabbit’ lodge. It was spotless and very modern, while keeping the farm building feel to it. The location is perfect, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings enjoying the peace and quiet in the sun, hearing the odd but of wildlife. Would recommend to anybody, and we would definitely stay again.

Anne's holiday home was fabulous, possibly the best we have ever stayed in. It was stylish, comfortable, extremely well equipped and in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The location was perfect for visiting Oxford, Woodstock and Blenheim. The village itself is lovely and close to a good choice of pubs and restaurants. Anne is an excellent host, she was always supportive and on hand for local tips and advice. I would thoroughly recommend Anne's home to anyone visiting the area.

Exceptional value, really well-executed AirBnb. Good water pressure, proper-sized towels, quality bedding, lots of kitchen incidentals - incl corkscrew and cafetière etc. etc. Top drawer.

This is a really lovely place to stay in a beautiful village. Chris has thought of everything - the attention to detail and the design of the space is spot on for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything you need and a fantastically equipped kitchen. We really loved it and had a great 3 night break welcoming in 2025. Very good and quiet location and the 5 minute walk to The Lamb Inn was icing on the cake. Chris gave us lots of really useful information about local amenities. It’s also a great spot for getting to all the main Cotswolds sights very easily and quickly. Highly recommend

This is a lovely place to stay! Immaculately clean and close to a lot of local attractions like Diddly Squat Farm Shop, Silverstone & Daylesford. It was so peaceful and the host was very responsive and clear with directions about the property. We would definitely return!

Nice apartment in a good location for a number of pubs/restaurants (Blue Boar & Thai Shire) and various Cotswolds attractions. It is in generally good condition, kept clean, comfy bed, good Wifi and the kitchen has all you need. It is overlooking a busy road but the bedroom is at the back so not too bad for noise. Good carparking, bonus of EV chargers but quite a few steps to the apartment. No problem for us.

Absolutely brilliant. Very lovely home with clear instructions and information provided by Julian on the apartment. I would highly recommend this place for a long weekend break from the fast pace of city life. Thank you Julian for making our trip that extra bit smoother and more comfortable !

We had a lovely few days away. The cottage is a stones throw from the high street, with all its amenities and pubs and restaurants. A great location to go walking in the Cotswolds and Blenheim palace is only a few miles away. Everything feels new and high spec and very tastefully designed. The cottage has an amazing shower with big fluffy towels, a huge bed and cute outdoor area. Parking felt safe. I missed the fact that it’s a studio apartment, but the kitchen is very separate from the bedroom. The only issue we had was we’d brought our dog and couldn’t keep her in the kitchen at night. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing apartment for what we needed, not sure if the weather impacted how warm the flat was but we struggled with the heat inside the flat

Steve was a fab host, really responsive and flexible. The apartment was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. It’s on the high street with a lovely pub directly across the road, yet the accommodation itself was very quite. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean little apartment suitable as a base for exploring the area or simple dining in. The building is on the High street, with parking in a private car park at the back. To access no.5, there are steps down the side of the building, then up 2 flights of stairs, so better for the more athletic. It seemed well soundproofed, I wasn’t aware of others in the building. Used as a base for a family wedding I didn’t get much chance to explore the area
