Only 200 meters to refreshing swimming in Sundbornsån. Summer time is possible to rent sup board. The village sauna by the river can be rented. Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. One bedroom with double bed, and a 140 cm sofa bed upstairs. P.S. Keep an eye out for the beaver on the water in the evening

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Boende närmare vattnet är svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. 2 supboard finns att hyra, samt elmotor till båten. Se även min guidebok som finns i min profil. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband via Telia m.fl. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
