Charming renovated apartment with large garden.

Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

This cozy apartment is a perfect base for a delightful holiday near the beach. It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. The apartment has a private entrance and features a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a great bed. You also have a private parking place and there are two bicycles available. Enjoy!

Dit heerlijk lichte 4 kamerappartement met 3 slaapkamers en zeer groot dakterras op het zuiden geeft dat `echte´ vakantiegevoel. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Gezellige studio in het centrum van het dorp Driehuis tussen IJmuiden en Santpoort ligt onze studio met veel mogelijk heden om te fietsen )naar strand zee en duinen Fietsen aanwezig .op 2 loop minuten is de bus en de trein 8 minuten . dicht bij Amsterdam Haarlem en Alkmaar. . Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.
