The cabin has a good standard with a new well-equipped kitchen and cozy bathroom. Laundry room and extra toilet in the basement. Great outdoor areas with fire pits.

You have a nice forest behind the property with blueberries and mushrooms, a 3.5 km plowed walking path and a cold dip in the river ten minutes walk away. As well as bike paths. There is no mobile coverage here, and 14 km to the nearest permanent resident. But we have fiber, and opportunities for home office.

This is a perfect place for those of you who want nature experiences, outdoor life, skiing, snowmobiling or resting and enjoying life and tranquility. It is about 30 minutes by car to Idrefjäll for skiing etc. Also visit Sweden's highest waterfall where you can also see the world's oldest trees, both of which are located in Fulufjället with fantastic hiking trails in wonderful nature.

Välkommen till vår välutrustade gäststuga, endast 5 minuter med bil från huvudentrén till Fulufjället. Stugan är vinterbonad med el, varm- & kallvatten samt mysig braskamin. Här finns kök, vardagsrum med matplats, soffa och tv, badrum med dusch och wc samt två sovrum med totalt 6 sovplatser. Bredband, Google TV och Xbox finns för både avkoppling och underhållning. Stugan ligger naturnära i ett lugnt naturreservat. Sommartid finns uteplats med utemöbler & grill. Parkering finns direkt vid stugan.

Hytta er godt utstyrt og hyggelig møblert for et minnerikt avbrekk på fjellet. THE BATHROOM IS SEPARATE AND LOCATED IN THE MAIN HOUSE 90 METERS ABOVE. THERE IS NO RUNNING WATER, BUT A FULL WATER CAN IS PROVIDED UPON ARRIVAL. IF NEEDED, REFILL THE TAP AT THE GUEST BATH. FISHING RIGHTS & POSSIBILITY TO RENT A BOAT BY APPOINTMENT. SUN FROM MORNING TO EVENING, WHEN IT COMES. THERE IS ONLY A CERAMIC STOVE TOP IN THE RORBUA.

Hytta har stor inngjerdet terrasse med hagemøbler, markise og gassgrill i tillegg til grillplass med benker og bålpanne på oversiden av hytta. Leies ut til voksne leietakere gjerne barnefamilier. Hunder tillat om det vaskes og støvsuges godt ved avreise. Sluttrengjøring kan bestilles for 1800. Maks 8 voksne og 3 barn i overkøye om ikke annet avtales med utleier. El-bil lader tilgjengelig på hytta

Nyt rolige dager i en lun hytte med hyggelig peis, ny vedfyrt sauna og kaldkulp (fra mai-oktober) som er perfekt for avslapping etter turer i fjellet, langrenn eller en dag i bakken. Hytta er stor, romslig og åpen. Området rundt har gode turforhold både til fots, på ski og på sykkel. Det er mulighet for jakt- og fiske. Rett utenfor døra finnes et godt utbygd nett av velpreparerte skiløyper. Det er kort vei til alpinanleggene i Trysilfjellet (25 minutter) og Sälen (35 minutter).
