Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Die kleine Einzimmerwohnung mit Terasse verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein Sofa. Ein Kinderreisebett und/oder ein Arbeitsplatz kann aufgestellt werden. Vom Flur geht auch ein Bürozugang ab. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

Our cozy country house in the Spreewald can accommodate up to 8 people with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large garden area with pond invites you to relax. The port of Lübbenau is only 11 km away and the port of Lübben can also be reached in 13 km. For water lovers, Lake Stoßdorf can be explored in just 12 minutes by bike. Lake Hindenburg and an Italian restaurant are also just 2 km away and are only 20 minutes' walk.

Wahlsdorf 73 is a place to pause or make, vacation or (co) work, have space and tranquility, fresh air, vastness, lots of garden and infrastructure and (also) what you make of it. In the old stable building of our four-sided farm, we have converted two apartments. Both can be rented individually. Or just the entire house, including the large cozy communal kitchen and the work, rehearsal, yoga or office space.
