In the apartment is a fully equipped-kitchen, as well as underfloor heating and a romantic wood stove for cold winter days. The location of the apartment is between Ulm, Günzburg and Heidenheim. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
