In a former stable, we have realized a studio with living/sleeping space, kitchen with combi-oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, all necessary kitchen materials and a bathroom with toilet, rain shower and vanity unit. 10 minutes from Valkenburg and Gulpen and 15 minutes from Maastricht, this studio is still quite central but quietly located. From the terrace, you have a view over the vast meadows and the trench.

This gives you an unobstructed view over the meadows and the beautiful Limburg countryside.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
