Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

2nd floor guesthouse at Heiloo Station

A weekend away, city trip Amsterdam/Alkmaar, wooded cycling routes or spending time by the sea… Welcome to unwind here, take your night's sleep and recharge for the next day. The station, supermarkets, drugstore, bakery and restaurants are only a minute's walk away. The neighborhood of this guesthouse is really equipped with every comfort. The accommodation built in 2020 has a separate shower and toilet downstairs and upstairs a living/bedroom. There is no cooking facility or outdoor space.

De Klaver garage is een privé verblijf in rustige straat in het centrum, met gratis parkeerplek voor de deur. With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

This spacious apartment (72 m2) with a sunny balcony is a stone's throw from the historic city centre and the famous cheese market. Parking is free throughout the neighborhood and there are two city bikes available to explore the area. It is beautifully located between the bulb fields in spring. Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to dad and mom and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit out.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
